Optimaz International shall deliver the Products to the place of delivery designated by Customer and agreed to by Optimaz International as evidenced in Customer’s invoice.

Optimaz International may deliver the Products by installments in any sequence. In such case, each installments shall be treated as a separate contract and no default or failure by Optimaz International in respect of any one or more installments shall vitiate the Contract in respect of Products previously delivered or undelivered Products.

Any delivery date quoted by Optimaz International are approximate only and shall not form part of the Contract. Optimaz International shall endeavor to meet the delivery date but will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products, howsoever caused.

If Customer fails to take delivery of the Products or any part of them tendered in nstallments, or fails to provide any instructions, documents, licenses, consents or uthorizations required to enable Optimaz International to make delivery on the due date, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place and Optimaz International shall be entitled upon giving written notice to Customer, to store or arrange for storage of the Products, whereupon risk in the Products shall pass to Customer, and Customer shall pay to Optimaz International all costs and expenses (including storage and insurance charges) arising from its failure-refusal.

Rescheduling of delivery, change or cancellation of orders are all subjected to Administrative charges as shall be determined by Optimaz International.

For choosing or accepting express courier services for shipping, express courier service company may impose brokerage fees in facilitating Customs and this fee is payable by Customer. Should there be any doubt, customer must check with the express courier service company or write to us prior to order.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Optimaz International is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Shipping & Delivery estimates
All orders are shipped on business days only. Optimaz International do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

All orders are shipped with tracking number system. An E-mail with a tracking number will be mailed to you as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

Approximate delivery date is 1-15 days, depending on your chosen options and location but delay may occur due to the process at the customs of your country or various other reasons.
Optimaz International reserves the right to upgrade the shipping to equivalent or faster courier service whenever deems fit and right.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s). You will be notified of the shipping costs before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Process
Optimaz International will process your order once it is placed. You can log in to your account to track the status of your order.

  • Pending – The order has been processed; however the payment has yet to be confirmed.
  • Processing – The payment has been received, Optimaz International are processing the order.
  • Shipped – The item has been shipped.

Track An Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. If your order has not arrived at the estimated delivery date, please email us at sales@optimaz.com

Change Of Destination
Delivery address cannot be change once order has been placed. Please ensure the delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order.

Not Available On The Scheduled Delivery Date
If you are not at home on the scheduled delivery date, our appointed courier service will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery date and time

Wrong Item Shipped / Missing Item

If you received a product that is not what you have ordered, or missing something from your order, please email us at sales@optimaz.com within 3 business days from the day you received the product for further assistance.

Duties And Taxes
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (VATs). These charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. Our courier services will prepay all amounts due to your local customs office to speed up delivery process. Optimaz International will include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for customs declaration.
